Dr. Katrina S. She is also a certified member of the John Maxwell Team with a parent designation, strengthening her work in leadership development, coaching, and transformational growth.
Her professional journey includes leadership across family child care, private early learning, higher education, Head Start/Early Head Start, and nonprofit executive administration. She has led multi-site programs, supported compliance and continuous quality improvement systems, managed cross-sector partnerships, and worked with boards, educators, families, small business owners, and community leaders to strengthen programs and people.
